We offer models from three leading AI providers:

Rate limits vary by subscription tier:

• Free Tier - 25 messages per day (select models from all 3 providers)
• Pro - 500+ messages per day (all standard models)
• Enterprise - Unlimited messages (all models including Premium)

Important: Limits reset daily at midnight UTC.

If you need higher limits, consider upgrading to Pro or contact us about Enterprise pricing.

We count messages, not tokens. Each time you send a message (regardless of length), it counts as one message toward your daily limit.

This simple approach means:

• A short "hello" counts as 1 message
• A long detailed question also counts as 1 message
• AI responses don't count against your limit
• System messages and context don't count

You can see your remaining messages for the day in the chat interface.

Conversation retention depends on your tier:

• Free Tier (not signed in) - Conversations are not saved
• Free Tier (signed in) - Last 7 days of conversations
• Pro - Unlimited conversation history
• Enterprise - Unlimited + team sharing options (contact us)

Manual Deletion: You can delete any conversation at any time from your chat history.

We never use your conversations to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Yes! You can switch between AI models at any point in your conversation. When you switch:

• Your conversation history is preserved
• The new model can see previous messages for context
• You can compare how different models respond to the same question

Tip: Use GPT-5.2 Instant for quick questions, then switch to Claude Sonnet 4.5 for complex analysis or creative tasks.

Note: Free tier users can switch between GPT-5.2 Instant, Claude Sonnet 4.5, Claude Haiku 4.5, and Gemini 3 Flash. Upgrade to Pro for access to all standard models.

Yes. We take privacy seriously:

You can cancel anytime from your account:

1. Sign in to your Chameleon Labs account
2. Go to Dashboard → Billing
3. Click "Manage Subscription"
4. Select "Cancel Subscription"

When you cancel:

• Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period
• You'll revert to the Free tier after that
• Your conversation history remains accessible (subject to Free tier retention limits)
• You can resubscribe anytime
