What happens if I upload a contract from another state? Our AI will still analyze the document for general compliance issues, NAR settlement requirements, and common red flags. However, state-specific regulations may not be fully covered.

Analysis time depends on document length:

- Complex packages (30+ pages) - 1-2 minutes
You'll receive a notification when your report is ready.
How is my data handled?
We take your privacy seriously:
- Encrypted Transfer - Documents are uploaded over HTTPS with TLS 1.3
- Isolated Processing - Each document is analyzed in a secure, isolated environment
- No Training - Your documents are never used to train AI models
- Auto-Deletion - Documents are automatically deleted after 30 days
- Manual Deletion - You can delete your documents immediately at any time
