Self-host customers always bring their own keys: HeyGen, ElevenLabs, plus at least one of Claude / OpenAI / Codex / Gemini / Ollama / LM Studio. License validation reuses our existing per-machine fingerprint system.
Done-for-you agency
Premium engagements where Tincture runs the entire pipeline. Anchor pricing is roughly half a traditional agency — the AI handles the production scale while we handle the engagement.

Consent and likeness: HeyGen's ToS prohibits redistribution of avatars or voice clones outside the original consenting party. Self-host SKUs always drive HeyGen via the customer's own API key. The expert owns the avatar.
Data ownership: Customer owns all generated scripts, voice clones, and rendered videos. Studio EULA states this explicitly. Analytics is opt-in.
Metering: The shared unit is the finished module — not minutes (HeyGen owns that meter) and not tokens (invisible to customers).
